Tillo provides NFC cards, branded tap pages and a business dashboard. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

From businesses: business name, contact email, shipping address, logo, brand colours, the links you choose to display, and billing details processed by our payment provider.

From visitors who tap a card: anonymous, aggregated analytics such as tap counts, approximate timing and which link was opened. We do not collect names, contact details or precise location from tap visitors.

To create and host your Tillo page, program and ship your cards, provide analytics in your dashboard, take payment for your subscription, and send service emails about your account.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, database, email delivery and payments. We do not sell your data or your visitors' data.

We keep your business record for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting duties. Analytics are kept in aggregate form.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Contact us and we'll action it.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in to the dashboard and to remember basic preferences.
